Because we are a small artisan bakery and utilise hand-crafted production techniques, we are unable to guarantee the absence of the following allergens in any of our products:
Allergens used in the Bakery

  • Cereals  - We use wheat, rye, barley, oats & spelt
  • Eggs - We use free range eggs
  • Dairy -  We use butter, milk, cream and milk and whey powder
  • Peanuts - We use in nut form & also as peanut butter
  • Soya - We use soya powder & oil
  • Nuts - We use almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios & macadamias
  • Mustard - We use mustard seeds & mustard powder
  • Sesame - We use sesame seeds
  • Sulphur Dioxide - We use some ingredients that have been treated with this (e.g. dried fruits)
  • Celery - There is celery in Marmite
